First, our sessions begin with a phone consult to go over the process, pricing and more details to familiarize you with everything. Just click the link below to get started. Once we have an opportunity to chat with you and find out more details about your needs and goals of your photos will be able to put together a customize plan that works for you and your business. Your our phone consult will go over the types of backgrounds you may want for your photos the type of imagery you want to attract your ideal client, outfit selection and much more. We will work with you to help repair for the day of your photo shoot from beginning to end.
Rest assured, that you will be prepared for the day of your shoot. Once we are working together I will send you a session questionnaire for you to complete. This questionnaire will provide us with lots of detailed information so we understand where you’re coming from. This will also help to insure that the photos we create for you meet your goals.
A big part of getting prepared for your photo shoot is being repaired and creating your look. Our studio provides professional hair and make up services to our clients. An average hair and make up preparation can take about 1 to 1 1/2 hours prior to your photo shoot.

Q: How far in advance should I book? You should book as soon as you know you need a headshot. We can often work in our headshot clients into our regular shoot schedule, however if you need a branding shoot you should plan a minimum of 2-4 weeks to make the proper arrangements.
Q: What should I wear? That often depends on your specific type of headshot that you require. But regardless, we always suggest you dress from head to toe even if it is just a headshot. We will often give you a mix of image lengths so you have lots of options to select from. We also offer a 1-1 client phone call to help you plan your outfits and look for your session as well as a client prep guide to help you prepare.
Q: Do you offer on location headshots? Yes, we offer on location headshots. Please inquire for availability and pricing. The session posted here was photographed on location.
Q: Do you retouch the photos? Yes, we offer basic retouch on all images included in our pricing. We do offer more extensive retouch options as well.
Q: What about my hair and makeup? Our studio offers a la carte add on professional makeup and hair styling. Inquire about pricing.
Q: How long will it take to receive my photo images? Our studio will often have your images ready for you in 3 business days. If you have a branding session with many more images, it may take longer. Just ask us at the time of booking for an estimate. Should you need rush services, please let us know during your consult call and we will discuss options.
