“It’s not about seducing men, it’s about embracing womanhood.”
-Dita Von Teese

Boudoir photography blends elements of fashion and glamour photography to create unique, magazine-style images of everyday women (and increasingly, men).

The essence of boudoir is giving yourself the chance to embrace your innate beauty by posing in lingerie and clothing that emphasizes your sexuality.

Boudoir photography helps you step out of your shell and show off your bold side! You'll walk away from the studio with a renewed sense of self-confidence, wondering why you ever doubted yourself.

The simple act of posing for boudoir photos will bring you out of your shell, and the images you take home are evidence of how truly beautiful you are.

What is Boudoir Photography?

Some of my clients book their boudoir photoshoots to mark a milestone in their life like a birthday, marriage, job promotion, or even a divorce, but you don't need an excuse to treat yourself to boudoir!

Boudoir is for EVERYONE. You deserve to celebrate yourself just as you are with a truly transformative boudoir session that'll leave you feeling royally pampered, beautiful, and comfortable in your own skin.

This experience is an act of self-love. Boudoir helps you shake off those negative thoughts and reignite the flame within yourself.

It's easy to get swept up in the hustle and bustle of everyday life and forget to take care of yourself, but a boudoir photography shoot reminds you that you are worthy of the same effort, energy, and love you give to others. A boudoir session is a liberating experience that helps you step out of your comfort zone and into your power.

What is the Point of Boudoir Photography?

-A leather jacket
-Push-up bra
-Anything lacy
-Your favorite pair of jeans

-Lingerie in your favorite color
-Button-down shirts
-Oversized sweaters
-Garter belts

Choosing your outfits is one of the most exciting parts of a studio boudoir photoshoot!

There are lots of clothing and prop options for you to choose from - you're not just limited to lingerie! I’m here to coach you through the process, so we’ll have a phone call where we talk about your personal style and body type and what you’re comfortable with. I’ll use that info to create personalized recommendations for clothing that will flatter you, accounting for every detail from hair length to the color of your toe polish!

Choose 3-5 outfits for your session and keep in mind that we may not have time to shoot every look. If you still don't know what to wear, bring all the clothing, accessories, and props you like and we'll help you decide at the studio!

What Outfits Should I Wear for a Boudoir Photoshoot?

This is the best pose to highlight your curves and get those stunning booty shots!

#4 - Face Away From the Camera

Lean back while supporting yourself with a prop or your elbow. Putting your hand in your hair or bending your knees adds some extra drama to the images.

 #3 - Leaning Backward

Turn an everyday household object into SO much more!

Pose #2 - Using a Bathtub, Chair or Stool as a Prop

Lying on your back with your lips slightly parted gives a sultry yet intimate quality.

#1 Lying Down in Bed

Very few of my clients have prior experience posing for boudoir photography - but that’s why I’m here!

I’ve worked exclusively as a boudoir photographer for years, so not only do I know the best angles to use and the best poses for your body type, but I know how to help you make it look easy.

I’ll highlight what you love most about yourself, whether that’s eyes, lips, hips, or curves! By focusing on your favorite features, we'll create incredible images that accentuate your best assets and divert attention from anything you want to shy away from.

How Do I Pose for a Boudoir Photography photoshoot?

ATLANTA's Top Boutique Boudoir Experience

As a woman in her 40's I have experienced it all with my body-confidence, shame, fear, weight gain, weight loss, giving life to children and all of the complications our bodies go through that and everything afterwards.

I understand your concerns, they have been mine too, but now I help all women work through it all and celebrate this moment, this stage of your life, just as you are.

Almost all my clients express having a sense of "I did it" after their sessions. A sense of I didn't know I could look like that! It is beautiful to watch clients transform obviously on the outside, but more so on the inside to give themselves the grace and appreciation they deserve.
